NATION’S GHOST

In the wake of wrath and circumstance, two men face trials beyond comprehension. The year is 2032, and the country is split in two: one side, the “Federation,” and the other, the “New States of America.” The Federation upholds the belief that security is more important than individual liberty, while the New States of America maintain that life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are unalienable rights granted to all inhabitants of the planet.

For centuries, battles of “Good vs. Evil” have ravaged the lands of men, pillaging their wives and claiming their sons and daughters. Today is no different. Unholy wars of imperialism and injustice have claimed the lives of billions, while the oligarchs grow fat with feasts in their gated cities.

Below are the ones left behind: the non-believers and cynics, abandoned with the poor and the weak. Brainwashed by the propaganda of the elites, they are divided and ultimately conquered, left to beg for scraps and crumbs from the altar of the pleading priest.

As cities burn and bodies rot, two soldiers rise in their quest for retribution and honor. The time of rebellion has struck in the killing hour, and revolution is upon their heels. A rise in defenses for the assurance of security has set a trail like no other, with the power of Artificial Intelligence and precise algorithmic assimilation. Those who consume conform, and it was written in stone that they would wear the mark of the Abaddon. Thus, their lifeless bodies wander the Earth, starving for food, yet their bellies remain empty.

“Bleed the Rich” is painted on every street corner for miles as Bailey and Baz make their way through this hell, as if Charon himself were guiding their path. The battle of Good vs. Evil has now mutated into a battle of Life vs. Death. Will they walk away victorious, or will they be consumed by the hate machine of plunder? Sentient No. 1.
